I experienced the same problem with this company the website flags up as insecure on McAphee and I have not received a response to my emails and return refund request yet I used their official website email address and on-line contact page but contrary and to my deep concern they have not replied but sent me another 4 sets of the very small shampoo bars which I certainly did not request Please please help

Shady product and NO customer service response

The tiny product arrived in saran wrap in plain grey plastic soft packaging with no instructions ingredient lists or official packaging The ad on the website does show the product in official packaging I emailed the company twice and used the customer complaint form on the website and have received zero responses of any kind It s been months now I can only conclude that this is a scam I also tried to go and leave a review on their website hoping a negative review might get their attention but although there are all kinds of rave reviews posted there there is no way to leave the review so I now assume the reviews are also fake

Your product is worthless

Your product is worthless the soap is the size of a coke bottle cap at an expensive price Didn t expect what I ordered is so small It keeps suggesting to order more and many products before you can check out If its not only a friend ask a favor to order I will not continue to check out that day Now we both regret What a waste of money

This company is a scam Took more money out of my account than I had agreed and when I reported it to my bank I was told they had tried two more transactions but because I didnt have sufficient funds they failed

The site is a scam I ordered 1 piece of shampoo bar 1 month ago and Im still waiting for the track number I sent them several emails asking for the track number and every time I had the same answer WE ARE WAITING A RESPONSE FOR OUR TEAM ridiculous I asked for refund and they just ignored me Very bad companie PLEASE DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY AND NEVER BYU FROM THOSE PEOPLE

This is a rubbish site Shampoo was miniscule - 3cm across and 1 5cm high for a ridiculous price - only slightly bigger than a Mentos The advertising shows something the size of a hockey puck Avoid like the plague

This site is a SCAM you will get four tiny bits of soap that probably wont do anything or make your hair drop out 50 wasted total scam non of the review links work and no support for all the claims thy are making also the refund policy button doesnt work which should be the only news you need AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Scam Company

I wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars if that were an option My experience with this company has been terrible They don t provide any way to leave a review which is concerning I ordered an item and when it arrived it was tiny and packaged in a shabby envelope without any box or instructions I reached out to their customer service via email but I never received a response This company is a complete scam Be careful not to fall for their tricks
