One very happy customer The diamond ring co was recommended to me by my brother in law I had a fabulous experience all around and am a very happy customer I came in a few months ago with my now fianc e to shop around for an engagement ring We were given a huge variety of options to try on with no pushy sales tactics or anything untoward whilst also provided with good clear advice to help us with the decision making process I think subsequently placed my order and had a bespoke ring made It was made quickly communicated to me effectively what timeframes I should expect and I was given a CAD drawing before the ring was cast to ensure I was happy The ring is beautiful and at a very reasonable price - couldn t ask for more Thanks Michael and Alex

Stunning Engagement Ring

From the initial discussion to the final outcome of the engagement ring Michael was always available to listen and answer all my questions provide suggestions and address my concerns as much as he could He made a stunning ring for my fianc e and she loved it He did a great job and his communication was great You should not be worried about doing business with Michael and The Diamond Ring Company And you would definitely get the value for the money you put in So I give a very well deserved 5 stars

Once again superb service Alex has helped with my engagement ring and now mine and my partners wedding bands Absolutely faultless the thing I loved the most about using these guys is that they aren t pushy in the slightest and offer expert advice Have recommended to multiple friends and will continue to do so

Michael is super knowledgable and was of great assistance in helping me choose my fianc s engagement ring We were both very impressed and also purchased our wedding rings from him You can tell he has a deep passion and understanding of what he does Would highly recommend

Really excellent experience I had tried a few jewelers before meeting Michael at the DRC I had a very specific diamond spec in mind and Michael was able to source me some options to match this and make a bespoke diamond ring exactly to my requirements Never felt pressured to buy off him And he gave me lots of options for ring design Was much better value than other companies I tried provided full GIA certificate for diamond I got fast turn around time and quality of ring was excellent Fully reccomend

A surprise engagement abroad

I scheduled an appointment with Michael for an engagement ring at the Diamond Ring Company when on business in London My partner Laura had no idea about the appointment and thought I was just down there for work in the morning and back in the evening The style size clarity and setting was what I thought Laura would like so the deal with Michael was done Michael had the ring made and sent to me in Glasgow where I hid the ring until our trip to Vienna I proposed to Laura on the steps of the Belvedere Palace in March 2023 She did say yes phew and was so overwhelmed by the ring To add to that based on my previous experience with The Diamond Ring Company Laura and I flew down to London in October 2024 where we met with Michael again for a wedding ring She picked her wedding ring to match her engagement ring Once made it arrived a week later until our wedding in 2025 Laura was delighted with the ring as it was what she had asked for down to a T My experience on both occasions with The Diamond Ring company has been exceptional Cost was a factor and the rings were made perfectly and exactly right within my budget Thanks to Michael at The Diamond Ring Company for being a part of making our future together
