My recent experience has been EXCELLENT It s unfortunate that there seems to be only negative Reviews written up for The DVD Hut Why There must be many people out there who have good service from them Due to COVID I m sure my first order did get lost in the mail or maybe it is still on the way However my email contact with them to query the situation was promptly and courteously responded to A second mailing from them was done and it was successfully received I would certainly purchase from them again

I m another who fell for this fraudulent website My experience with Vince is the same as all the others described here I would urge anyone who purchases from this company and doesn t receive the goods to dispute the transaction with their credit card company Not only will you receive your money back the retailer will incur a chargeback fee meaning that they will make a loss on the transaction If the scam becomes unprofitable for them it will cease to operate I ll also be lodging a report with ACFA with hopes of getting the site shut down
