Outstanding Experience with The Dwelling Doctors I previously relied on Envirovent for my needs but after my last experience which I described in a review titled Sinking Ship I felt it necessary to give them a 1-star rating In search of a better option I stumbled upon The Dwelling Doctors while stuck in traffic on the A282 in Dartford Initially it seemed almost too good to be true but after visiting their website and reaching out I found the process to be incredibly straightforward Their customer service impressed me I received prompt responses every time I contacted them Brandon Sue and Emma were particularly attentive providing a competitive quote that met my needs For my damp survey Peter Cox Damp Proofing conducted a thorough assessment and offered a higher quote for the installation of two dehumidifier fans with sensors I wholeheartedly recommend The Dwelling Doctors Their team from the office staff to the field engineers delivered excellent service Although my project was completed in March 2023 I ve been surprised and disappointed to see that they have no reviews on Trustpilot I truly hope they receive more positive feedback like this as they are a solid company that deserves recognition
