Ordered various bottles among which a 79 grappa that arrived in a box with bended margins and smelling strongly of grappa I suspected it had leaked so wrote an email straight away I was told I needed to wait as they had to investigate No one investigated and in the meantime I opened the bottle which had an unpleasant taste I wrote another email but they suggested I can t recognise what a grappa should taste like Shame I can t give a negative score as 1 star is too much for this company

Great experience I was a bit unsure about using the company because of the mixed reviews-but they have a good selection of wines that we wanted and so we thought we would give them a try I m glad we did-we had a very positive experience Delivery came within the timeframe expected bottles exactly as ordered packaged very safely Nothing broken From our standpoint we will definitely order from them again
