I love Matyas herrings which are hard to get The fish co makes this easy arrive as explained in very good condition I have used this company several times

Excellent customer service

I have just taken delivery of a whole side of organic raw salmon and 4 bags of cooked prawns I received an e mail confirming my order was given a time slot for delivery on the day I specified the delivery was seamless The seafood was very carefully packed with lots of dry ice and padding and is undamaged and fully frozen The salmon is a beautiful fresh colour and is huge as are the prawns I have no reason to believe that they will not taste as fresh as they look On ordering I was given a 20 discount this being my first order which was extremely generous of the company I m pretty sure delivery was free also Had I read some of the reviews on this site I probably would not have placed my order Thank goodness I read them later While I do not dispute for one minute many of the reviews herein I can only recount my experience I m delighted with my order and the customer service and I will most certainly order from this company again - not least because of the range of seafood they stock Thank you The Fish Society and for my discount Much appreciated I hope this review does something to redress the balance

Excellent quality

Fish arrived on time and still well frozen This time I ordered sea bass fillets together with salmon and fish cakes The sea bass was delightful simply pan fried and I ll definitely buy again

Really shocked at these reviews my experience with them has been great just placed my 3rd order I bought wild king prawn tails and scallops without roe Both were amazing so much so I reordered the next day Best scallops I have tasted and the prawns were a good size I would never have ordered if I had read the review on here but I am glad I did

Delicious everything

I was slightly worried that everything was frozen but everything still tasted fresh I would recommend that you put some recipes in for thermidor or garlic wine sauces We were ok because we cook

Love the new eco packaging which still keeps my fish chilled and ready for the freezer The quality of all the fish I have received is first class and it is lovely to be able to try unusual fish which I normally would not buy
