I am delighted with my outfits from the Fold Great advice from the styling assistant helped me create some great looks - including a dress I would never have picked out but looks great The clothes look amazing and perfect for my work trip to New York

I have been a customer of The Fold London since their first year of operation I was looking for workwear that was business smart but not too common and not old-fashioned I find their designs unique and their fabrics of the highest quality I recently purchased 3 dresses and one of them became out of stock temporarily Their customer service was amazing - they helped me with securing one of the dresses that was returned by another customer and although it was a busy period over the holidays they offered me complimentary next day delivery to ensure I got my dress before the Christmas holiday The Fold London is a premium brand in every way - quality designs and customer service They are pricey but worth every penny

Beautiful Clothing and Great Customer Support

My customer support rep went out of her way to help me figure out the return process and provided lots of advice on what sizes to order This was so important as I m in the US and cannot visit the shop but I did not want that to keep me from ordering the beautiful clothes
