Check your samples against the real fragrance
Check all of your samples against the real thing and approach with serious caution I bought 3 samples for travelling 2 of which I found were 100 fake I am completely confident about this as I have the full reall fragrances at home and could directly compare The samples were watery generic Ouds and didn t even smell close to what they were supposed to be I emailed to complain and give the benefit of the doubt see if he had made a mistake etc and the response from Greg it s a single guy operation not a team was slow abrupt and unprofessional - no acknowledgement of the issue or apology I was simply told to send the samples back I asked for a refund but this was not offered either I checked the T C s on the website and it is stated they do not offer refunds for used samples which of course you have to use it find out it is counterfeit It s very clear I ve been duped and am not going to get my money back without a long drawn-out fight Perhaps the odd sample sent out are real I have no doubt there are a lot of customers being taken for fools here

If i could give no star i would This company is a joke Firstly my delivery was delivered to the wrong address and when I emailed the company they said there was nothing they can do Luckily the person the parcel got delivered to was nice enough to return it to my address by this time i didn t need the perfume anymore as it was supposed to be a present The company gave me the details to return it and i did had to also pay for a recorded delivery They received and signed for the item but never gave me a refund I have tried to email them but no response now Do not buy anything from them the perfume also didn t smell anything like the tom ford one i wanted
