Luxury Barstools

Having previously left a 5-star review for the Furniture Megastore based on the customer service at the time of ordering this follow-up review is on receipt of the barstools we ordered We were told very honestly at the time of ordering that the stools would take up to 18 weeks for delivery as they were made to order - they arrived in just less than that but we were regularly updated on progress without asking and they were certainly worth the wait Product quality is outstanding and the Furniture Megastore supplied at a very fair price Delivery was arranged very efficiently through a third party courier and the stools arrived the day after making full payment Overall our experience of dealing with the owners and all staff at the Furniture Megastore has been extremely positive and only served to enhance the high quality furniture we bought We would have no hesitation in using the Megastore for future purchases

We visited the showroom in May 2022 and viewed a suite As we were unsure of the colour we asked for a swatch Taff did not have the colour swatch in but offered to get one in for the next day We had a phone call the following day to say that the colour swatch was available We placed our order for the suite settee at the end of May and was informed that we would have a 6 week wait At the end of June we had a call to say the suite was ready for delivery at our chosen address which is on the East coast The delivery company provided a date and they delivered the suite on that date at the time they said they would We were extremely pleased with the service we had both from Taff who was willing to go the extra mile to provide a good service and the delivery company We would have no hesitation in recommending the Furniture Megastore on price and quality of goods and also on customer service
