Superb from all staff and superb product

Great experience from first contact in the Reading office surveyor and fitters Door was fitted 2 weeks earlier than first quoted Good product and fitters were superb on fitting day We had a minor issue 2 minutes after the fitters left To their credit they returned within minutes and resolved the issue for me It was a safety issue not a defect with the door Thank you GDC

Speedy install excellent value for money great admin

The install was speedy tidy and well communicated The garage door looks fantastic and operates perfectly The admin staff always answered emails and phone calls quickly and they communicated well I can t recommend the garage door company enough The price was fantastic value

Gareth the fitter was superb I was extremely pleased with the finished product and he explained very clearly the mechanism and ensured that the area where he worked was clean and tidy on completion

Everyone I met or spoke to on the phone were polite and treated me as I would like to be treated The workmen who actually installed the doors were quick efficient and left no mess

It eventually turned out alright i thought we were the first job but obviously not It was and is a great job abit surprised at the amount of extension cables used i assumed it would be one from the motor to the plug but not there are two even though it goes down one side of the garage and i thought there would have been wire covered by tubing or conduit not a open extension cable no contact so far 02 06 24

Our electric up and over garage door

Our electric up and over garage door that we had installed around 3 years ago warranty expired after 2 years stopped working as tge hinge that was bolted to the door came loose There were only two bolts originally installed instead of four I had the garage repair company technician come Mark who was really very courteous and repaired the bolts with 6 new bolts and tested the system really well Excellent service by Mark Happy to recommend this service to anyone My only concern is that the installation in the first place was not as it should have been and I have had to pay out through no fault of mine
