Let me order out of stock item
I ordered a tie paid and then the order was cancelled because it is no longer in stock I was told the tie shouldn t have been available online yet when I checked again it was still listed

Wedding Tie Disaster
I ordered ties for my wedding a month and a half before my wedding The order showed shipped and should have arrived before my big day A week before I reached out to the company and received no response The ties never came and I ended up with mismatched ties for my wedding What a great memory to have forever I have tried to contact the company through the website over email their chat function etsy chat and calling to try to get a refund for my 250 order and have not been able to get an answer for almost a month Not only did I never get my ties but they are refusing to respond to me because they know they will have to refund my money I highly advise not ordering through The Gents Lab

Delivery time was poor emailed requesting a refund because delivery time was not as expected and the item arrived when it was no longer needed - never received any correspondence or reply to my email either
