Laughable

Do not I repeat do not buy any piece of clothing from this company unless it s a gag gift The pictures are false What is too good to be true is too good to be true What they classify as leather is actually made from petroleum I purchased the Rough Out Leather Jacket lesson learned send the money to a charity rather than this company If I could give them a rating it would have to come up 20 notches just to get to zero

Scammers

I ordered a coat in November I had not heard anything from this company No tracking number or confirmation They were certainly quick to take the money from my credit card though I reached out early December They stated there was an issue but it should be sent in 2 days max Still had not heard from them So I reached out again Now they send me an email saying that it is going to cost an extra 45 dollars for shipping I have requested for them to just return my money as the coat has not been shipped yet Have not heard from them since and have not received my money back They state I m remote and shipping is more they use DHL to ship and I just received a package from DHL yesterday and shipping was not any extra Scam Stay away from this company unless you are willing to lose money I will be contacting PayPal as well as the transaction was done through PayPal

Don t order from The Genuine Leather

Don t order from The Genuine Leather company I ordered a product titled Barbie 2023 Ryan Gosling Fringe Shirt The images depicted a shirt that I was looking for to complete my Halloween costume I instead received a jacket with a similar aesthetic Not at all what was presented on their website I asked for a refund multiple times and their response was to give me a 25 discount on my next purchase and keep the product They said this was worked in my favor because I would have to pay hundreds of dollars in shipping I demanded a full refund I looked up the cost of shipping back to the address they gave me which was in Australia and it was going to cost hundreds of dollars I don t understand why After multiple back-and-forth emails insisting they fully refund me and pay for the return I gave up I realized I was deceived after they changed their URL They removed the www subdomain which was suspicious I have my coupon but I ll be dammed if I give them any more of my money I recently checked their new URL and they ve added additional images to their product Now it shows a jacket Please be ware of this company

Order not received They lied saying they would correct the problem and resend the order The order never came after numerous 25 attemps to communicate The website is false claims to have a warehouse in Australia with a fake phone number but actually they ship from Pakistan Do not order from this company

There customer service rep responded in 2 days offer bad customer service also for a return only offer 20 off on the next order and don t return the full refund What a bad store and bad quality merchandise stay away from here don t be another target For scams

Do not order from TGL company

I placed an order and afterwards saw horrible reviews so immediately went on website to cancel Per their policy cancel w full refund within 24 hrs which I was well within the timeframe The email they provide to cancel is invalid and bounced back red flag is you can t cancel order in order confirmation I tried every email in their site until reached someone They questioned why I was canceling and tried to haggle a deal before agreeing to full refund I was told on 10 13 23 that tomorrow I would be issued refund As of 10 28 and numerous emails more haggling trying to make me a deal and assuring me not to worry still no refund issued AS OF 10 28 23- FILED REPORT OF THIS COMPANY ON FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION website I would suggest others do same
