We had a great experience at The Golden Boot while shopping for my three kids This is our first visit The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable helping us find the perfect shoes for each child Their expertise made the whole process quick and easy What really stood out was the train tracks in the shop which kept my kids entertained and made the experience stress-free A big thank you to the helpful team Specially Jakie was very helpful patient with kids and spent lots of time to ggive the right product to each and everyone Will never go back to any other shop kids shoes highly recommend

The lady assistant this morning went above and beyond in helping my son with replacement of school shoes Bought school shoes 3 weeks ago in a different style to what he was used too These rubbed some sores on his heels She made sure his feet were the correct size Understood his problem straight away A replacement pair given in his usual style he s a happy boy now Thank you

I was looking for sandals that needed to be comfortable and suitable for my flat feet and bunions Jane couldn t have been more helpful and after I d tried on quite a few pairs she suggested the Toni Pons peep toe espadrille because previous customers had found them comfortable I probably wouldn t have tried them thinking they didn t look wide enough and they were perfect Thank you Jane for all your help and for turning what I thought would be a hopeless quest into a thoroughly enjoyable experience
