Very thoughtful kind carers who have been with my mother in law for three years now They provide home cooked food very day with plenty of variety and patiently help her with feeding and personal care Care manager has always been available even at weekends and emergency cover always provided despite challenging conditions When circumstances difficult we have been able to talk through options Care plan detailed and accessible to me

Perfect respite care

Carole looked after my elderly mother on a visit to my house - her first trip out of her care home since the start of lockdown Without Carole it would not have been possible Unfortunately we all including my mother and Carole contracted Covid which made the whole thing a bit tricky Carole was absolutely outstanding - patient uncomplaining attentive kind immensely competent and totally on top of her brief It could have been a bit of a disaster but we had a good visit Thank you Carole

Our carer for my mum was kind easy to talk to very compassionate She made us all feel at ease from the minute she walked in the door and i was more than happy to leave mum in her capable hands whilst we went on holiday

Everyone at the Good Care Group have been extremely professional caring and accommodating From setting staff at the office and care manager in getting everything set up to the carers who are looking after my mother They have all been brilliant

I started at the good care group 18 months ago and did a year of live in care I then had some Time of for personal reasons knowing I can come back at any timeWitch I have now done today I went for a training day at the office in London it was amazing to be back everyone was lovely and helpful as always You are made to feel so welcome the training at the good care group is outstanding it felt amazing to be back today I am ready to get started again knowing I work for this amazing company that are always there to support me every step of they way Thank you so much to every one at the good care group Shauna

The good care group were very prompt in responding to my contact with them Equally prompt at arranging an assessment of my husbands needs This was done in our home and was very thorough The also found a carer quickly and I was able to speak to him via video do I could judge whether he would be suitable for us He was able to start a week later and after 2 weeks we are very happy with the care given and back up service from the admirable nurse and care manager

My father was stuck in hospital as a a package of care was not forthcoming We contacted the good care group and explained Within a couple of days my dad was home with a 24 7 live in carer initially for two weeks His carer was knowledgeable caring and had a good sense of humour My dad is now back on his feet and becoming independent again We have been kept up to date all the time Superb service if affordable
