So unprofessional and just a downright rude company

I contacted this business to get some work done They agreed a price and then booked in the work It was all set to be done and then 3 days before the work was due to be done they contacted me via email to say they were cancelling the job and good luck in finding someone else to do the job They didn t even offer me another date they just cancelled my order I emailed them back and said please call me if which they didn t respond so I left a voicemail and again they did not respond So I then sent a message on social media for them to just delete and then finally they sent me and email to say they don t need to explain why they were cancelling and I should use my efforts finding another company I ve never had such a bad experience before At least with other companies I got my product or service this company didn t even give me that I m not sure if it s because they have bigger and better work coming through or they just didn t deem my job worth their time Either way if a company can t be professional at all times regardless of the customer they have in front of them whether the job is small or big and they cannot be transparent with all their reviews good or bad then are consumers getting all the information they need before going into business with them A bit of courtesy professionalism and respect is not much to ask for from a company
