Excellent Service- so impressed
I don t usually write reviews but I have to take the time to do so given the excellent service I have received from this company when ordering a bunk bed for my boys From the off the customer service was outstanding I had previously tried a number of bed companies to get a specific bed I had seen -nowhere could get it out before Xmas but these guys did their upmost to get the bed here for me I had a long conversation over mattresses with jay over the phone and he was so thorough and his advice was great I won t go on but it s so refreshing that customer service does still exist and I would highly recommend this company
