Super helpful company
I used this site to order some gift cards which were used for my work I put in a wrong delivery address and they very kindly issued a new card out for me - waiving the new delivery fee They were very kind and helped to get this resolved quickly Would like to specifically mention Dhruv who was great

Please be patient whilst their recent communication was lapse they were quick to respond in detail to my enquiry on moving card providersI work in customer support so I am aware of the importance of regular updates even if bad newsThat said their response to my communication was as I stated very quick and detailed on what was happening and what they would do next so all in all a good experience
