Still waiting for my order for over a week No order update on the website and no reply from anyone

I am a business owner also a presenter on Channel 4 For those of you who don t know what that is it s one of the biggest television platforms in the UK As someone who owns a business I care a great deal about customer service I have been waiting for my item for ages I ve not even had a confirmation email to say it s been shipped I communicated with someone on Instagram who clearly said that there was an issue with DHL and they were to send me out a new one next day which I would get another email about still nothing They kept reading my messages and not replying Eventually someone replied and said that there was an issue from DHL AGAIN Without acknowledging the fact that someone had already gave me that information but didn t stick to the side of the solution For me the frustration comes from because I had to travel Yes it s only 150 and I won t die but believe me the next campaign I do will be to talk about my experience with these guys on the television network and to put it on my social platform Still being ignored today and it s just pathetic reading Customer s message and not replying I hope this review gets read and you don t think I m one of these complainers I just genuinely believe especially in such a dark world we live in where people have not got the money to pay for things that we should do better I am probably certain that I won t be getting my items after this review and I m 150 down but at least once I put this message out when I m back on the show At the end of this week It will make a huge difference as millions across the country will see it Good luck

i ve made an order on February 5th on February 7th it said my order was delivered but I haven t received it i sent an e mail and they said they will keep me updated but i still haven t heard anything after a week I didn t get my money back or anything they only said they started an investigation
