Had an amazing experience with Kaden Booked a hotel with them after seeing lots of positive comments about them on social media Included in the booking was airport transfers and a few extras at the hotel such as pavilion for a day and free Al a cartes free room upgrade Hotel wise everything was so smooth On the run up to our trip customer service was in contact with us constantly due to lots of changes due to covid which I thought was very courteous and professional as they must have had lots of others to contact also The airport transfers were great Nice AC vehicles Unfortunately during my trip the country was put onto the quarantine list A representative from Kaden called me within 15 minutes of this being announced to see if I needed any help and support in getting home earlier than planned That to me was amazing Over the following few days I spoke with other holidayers who had booked through other companies who had had no contact whatsoever and could not get through on the phone Kaden were absolutely nothing like this to me their customer service from the time of asking for prices right up until the very end of my trip was the most professional I had ever come across in any company that is what really sets Kaden apart from others and I have absolutely no hesitations booking with them again It was also our anniversary whilst out there and not only did Kaden get us a cake and some treats left in the room They also informed the hotel who gave us a free Al a carte

Excellent from start to finish

I have been booking with Kaden for the last couple of years and can honestly say they have been wonderful They provide a completely personalised service from start to finish both helping with choosing the perfect hotel and then also securing the best price Their knowledge of the local area is unparalleled and provides a fantastic resource for local trips and excursions weather thats shopping in the local markets boat trips or visiting the local heritage sites The free VIP private transfers are a welcome relief after a busy noisy flight not having to hang around waiting for the coach and late passengers The welcome gifts for the children cold drinks and flowers is a nice touch Deniz and or Katya will greet you at the airport and accompany you to your hotel making sure check in is smooth and quick and the rooms are exactly what you are looking for They are available 24 hrs a day to sort any issues although the only time we have had to contact them with this level of urgency was when the COVID-19 pandemic hit Fast off the mark reassuring their customers refunding within days or transferring to future bookings the choice was ours You cannot imagine a more pleasant professional experience and would urge you to give kaden group a chance with your next booking

Kaden Repeat Customer I have booked through Kaden for several years now at least 15 hotel bookings and numerous excursions including memorable yacht and helicopter trips Kaden Customer Service is outstanding from efficient replies to enquiries to more recently the issuing of prompt refunds due to Covid The Kaden proprietors have excellent partnerships with Hoteliers and Golf Courses ensuring priority Tee Times and preferred room allocation It is reassuring to know they have multi-lingual staff in resort should you need assistance As a frequent visitor to the Antalya area I am delighted to have discovered Kaden Group- they have the balance just right - Professional but still approachable and friendly their aim is to ensure your trip goes smoothly and no request so far has been unattainable - private transfers birthday cakes tour guides etc you name it As a registered TURSAB agency you can book with confidence

Golf trips with a personal touch

I have now booked 3 different trips through Deniz and Katya and each and every time they have been able to match the price of the biggest companies but are able to give you the personal touch that you need for your holiday They are both extremely knowledgeable of the area and are more than happy to help whether that s from before you ve booked to when you re on your holiday They are up front with everything in regards to the booking process and it s made very straightforward and they let you know about the refund policy which of course in the current climate is an extremely big part of booking any holiday away I was lucky enough to get out twice in 2020 and have booked again for 2021 All times the booking has been handled incredibly and any changes in regulations have been made very clear to me in advance and my options were always clearly laid out whether it was a full refund a delay to the trip or re-booking for the same time in the following year everything was smooth An easy 5 stars
