Acrylic Painterly Portrait -part 2

I was pleased to get proper guidelines from Lisa on mixing the acrylic paints using the correct brushes and getting the paint on the canvas in painterly fashion This initial instruction was so important and helpful in making it a very enjoyable class and painting in a way that I wasn t aware of before I was extremely pleased with the results which gave me a sense of joy

Lisa is wonderful at what she does

Lisa is a wonderful massage therapist and art teacher Whatever she is doing she brings her whole attention and energy to making sure her clients get the most from their time with her

Great session Gentle yoga practice followed by a wonderful sound bath - I ve enjoyed it a lot

Lisa printed off some picturesque pictures from which to choose I selected a picture of conifers in shades of blues purples and fushia against a backdrop of pastel lemon merging into pink and lilac Lisa advised us on how to approach our drawings and paintings and told us how to mix our colours Doing this took me to a happy place with so much joy Applying the selected and mixed colours on the palette soothed my mind which concentrated on the developing picture and gave me a calm and serene mind This session was part 1 and I was pleased that I can complete the picture in the next class which I am looking forward to The end results of everyone s paintings looked very professional even though there were others who said they hadn t painted before

The nadabrahma and reflexology session was unbelieeeevable The serenity and state of peace I was left in at the end made me speechless Thank you sooo much karma mama

Every Session I Have Attended At Karma Mama Has Been Wonderful Lisa is A Fantastic Instructor Guiding Everyone Through Each Movement Of Yoga And Meditations I Have Also Booked Lisa To Come To My Home To Give Me A Massage And To Say It Was Exceptional Would Be An Understatement The Essence She Uses Is Home Made And Just Wonderful As Is The Beautiful Relaxing Music Played In The Background I Cannot Thank Her Enough For Making Me Feel So Much Better In Just 90 Minutes I Was Suffering With All Over Body Aches And Pain For A Couple Of Years And By The Time Lisa Was Finished I Honestly Felt At Least 80 Better Physically A Must For Anyone Who Feels Tense Or Achy Or Just As A Treat For Your Loved One Her Group Sessions At The Hub In West Hendon Really Are Open To All As She Kindly Accomodates For Beginners And Thise With Ailments Lisa Gets A Positive 5 From Me For All The Good She Brings To The Community And Beyond Thank You
