Excellent service from visiting store in wharf st warwick to estimate visit by Cameron excellent quote and planning and the fitter James who was an artist and made a perfect job of fitting our new landing and stair carpet absolutely perfect job and the excellent communication throughout also thanks to Steve who arranged date and time highly recommend this company absolutely brilliant price and quality well done guys

I d been around lots of the carpet shops in Norwich but thought I d give this place a go So glad I did they had a bigger range high end stuff and more budget friendly carpets and the prices were lower - considerably so on some ranges Fitting was cheaper too Really friendly with plenty of slots of fitting free to suit my schedule

Just moved to Warwickshire at the end of last year ably assisted by James and staff at Leamington Spa branch Super choice brilliant service and good value - nothing seems to be too much trouble for these guys Just about to make another purchase don t go anywhere else

Another purchase from Karpet Kingdom Leamington Spa Superb service from James and Adey and fitters Scarlett and Steve can t praise these guys highly enough After having been closed for weeks the branches finally reopened and despite being under huge pressure these guys just delivered

The service provided by staff in the Karpet Kingdom shop in Coventry was exceptional and subsequent communications and updates through the process were excellent The job completed by the two fitters on the day was top class and couldn t be bettered They deserve special mention as it must have been the hottest most humid day of the year Despite this they worked tirelessly to fit carpets throughout the house
