This review is for Customer service through website which is terrible no one ever replies I currently have an issue with a cup lip and it s been over a week with no reply Sent another yesterday to mention the non reply and no reply to that Some years ago I also tried to contact via the website with a query about a missing label but gave up on that occasion which is why I m mentioning now as this does not seem to be a one off There does not seem to be another way to make contact

Cracked cup
Ordered a cup from them in November has been used less then 10 times from November until January and it s cracked Emailed customer service who advised that as it wasn t damaged in transit they couldn t replace it Terrible customer service and terrible products would not recommend Would understand if I had broken it myself by either dropping it or it falling off but the photos clearly show it s faulty glass from the contact of the water It s a shame it can t be replaced and I won t be purchasing again

I had a terrible experience with aftercare purchased a cup for mygrandaughter in August as a Christmaspresent Applying her name label in Decemberonto the cup the handle broke if therehad been hot liquid in this it could havescolded her emailed them asking for a replacemen took pictures explaining the faulty cup 1back and fourth with emails over 10 I couldn t get a refund they wanted meto send the cup back at my cost ofpostage for them to repair it admittedlythey would refund me the postage ifthey couldn t repair thecup so long winded AllI wanted was a replacement or arefund never experienced after carelike it absolutely disgustedI only ordered from The Label lady asHer sister was boasting how great hermerchandise is on her Instagram page very unhappy customer wouldn t rate due to the after care theycouldn t even call me don t have thatfeature in this business I did receive them in my junk and I have replied You did send a screw However it was the bracket that was damaged I asked numerous times for it to be replaced However all i got was a video They said they needed a video of the bracket damaged It the thread inside the bracket is damaged In order for them to fix it they said to either send it back if they can they will charge me and postage Was disgusted with the twoing and throwing of emails They were going to charge me to send it back Yes your right I did get a screw At first I didn t know whom it was from No business card or letter invoice in there As all my emails went to junk it took me a day to realise what it was Like I said it s the bracket I just wanted a refund or replacement and they wouldn t give me either The product is faulty I m just glad my grandaughter didn t have a hot drink in it

Do not purchase
Purchased labels for a 2nd time for my son s lunchbox First set I got two years ago and are still perfect The ones I ordered this year are poor quality and rubbish Contacted customer service Incredibly poor service and response Very unprofessional manner in which they email you Would not recommend but I m pretty sure anyone should see that from the reviews

Sadly can t recommend
I absolutely love their cups but I bought one for my son s birthday and it was impossible to open I contacted them and was extremely disappointed with their customer care It was such a hassle to send the cup back for they to decide if it was their problem or my problem and all of this spending another fortune on postage If I send it of course they would say it was me breaking it as trying to open it the handle went really loose I am truly disappointed as I try to support small businesses but I expect good customer service and sadly didn t have it on this occasion my son ended up with no cup I ended up having thrown 20 to the bin and having to buy another one
