I purchased a laptop from a well-known online auction site The seller stated the laptop came with its original HP charger it clearly did not When this error was pointed out they sent me an alternative I mention this because I then purchased a charger from the Laptop Power Supply Shop The unit arrived quickly was reasonably priced and when compared to the chargers I originally received with the laptop were of a far superior quality my laptop did not get overly hot when charging and the cables were longer I am well-pleased with the service by LPSS and the quality of the final product

Excellent service I d bought a battery about a year ago and ruined it by allowing it to discharge completely then leaving it all down to lack of care The battery had been fine so I bought another Delivery was very fast In between I d exchanged emails with the company about my diagnosis sadly confirmed and received prompt and helpful advice

What I wanted when I wanted it

After using Third Party chargers and getting fed up I found The Laptop Power Supply Shop and they said they had the OEM charger for my laptop I chanced it and I m glad to have done so Snug fit correct power supply and a nice and quick turnaround from ordering to delivery All reasonably priced too Very Happy

Fast delivery and a quality power supply Probably better than the original that came with my Acer laptop that only lasted just over a year The cable on this one is thicker and feels more substantial I could have got cheaper from elsewhere but didn t want to take any chances with an inferior charger and ruin my laptop It was still a lot cheaper than buying one directly from Acer The only negative it is slightly loose but so was the original I would also have liked to be able to have just bought the part that goes into the laptop as the wall power socket end didn t need replacing I would buy from here again and so far highly recommend

The supply shop team went over and above to assist me with an issue on my PC The Lenovo power supply I purchased worked perfectly but I was still experiencing issues and the team didn t have to yet they went out of their way and helped me narrow down what it could be which ultimately solved the issue Thank you
