I had come home to an issue did some research online and Leak Detection Company seemed to be the best option as far as quality and comparable pricing I was glad to pay that bit more because Nick had loads of experience came on time was courteous professional and supported all my questions delivered a solid job He detected the main issue which the report now goes to the insurance company I would highly recommend them

We had a very good experience of your service Simon arrived on time and ready for work He was professional and communicated with us throughout the process He worked meticulously leaving no stone UN-turned He identified the problem and over came all obstacles in a calm and jovial manner He repaired the leak and cleaned the work space and left a very neat and tidy job Simon was a pleasure to have in our home and he showed a great level of empathy and dedication to getting our problem fixed We would happily use your company and Simon again and be assured we will be recommending you to friends and family

The Leak Detection Co were a godsend We had no heating hot water caused by an internal leak two young kids and freezing temps outside They came round exactly on time and investigated and made good the repair allowing us to get the heating going again Friendly polite and helpful throughout I d have no hesitation in highly recommending this company

Excellent company Prompt response to my call Brendan the plumber found the leak within thirty minutes and repaired it He also took the time to explain to me exactly how I should make my claim on insurance policy for water damage caused by the leak This is an awful thing to happen to anybody very stressful I highly recommend them

Pipework leakage

Boiler pressure dropped and suspected pipework leakage It was stressful as you didn t know where got the leak as there wasn t any sign on wall Simon is very experienced specialist who knows how to tackle He used infrared camera and spot the leak quickly As he is experienced plumber and gas engineer he fixed the issue quickly on same day To give me assurance Simon also checked thoroughly on all pipes He is pleasant friendly and knowledgeable Top notch services We are lucky to get this company helping us The lady on the phone Claire is experienced too She gave me good guidance I cannot thanks enough for the professional and friendly services Highly recommend

Excellent kind and minimise costs

We are very happy with The Leak Detection Company Nick the plumber engineer who came was not only very capable but he was genuinely friendly and did his best to minimise our costs The lady that we booked with via telephone also tried to minimise our costs by telling us to turn the heating on for a couple of hours before they come so that the pipes warm up and are immediately visible on the thermal camera We are very happy the leak was found and fixed
