When I connected with LGV this summer Antonio answered my call Antonio has since that first call been available pretty much every single time which in today s UK service norms is for me very special service by a key player in a forward looking business Imagine that ring through and speak or ask to speak to Antonio and you speak to Antonio He is always positive encouraging and knows his business and importantly how to look after his customers He helped me when getting the provisional licence got delated and calmly told me not to worry and it would work out soon and soon it did Then service notched up another level when I passed by Theory and needed to get going on the practical training I called Antonio and amazing things happened within less than 24 hours Keira who works with Antonio had arranged this practical training for the following week and rearranged the CPC training - all rapidly confirmed by text and email within the hour A huge thank you to Keira and to Antonio for excellent and uplifting service - LGV should be very proud of two colleagues who know the meaning of excellent customer service To keep the service experience consistent I would also like to say that Stefan Popopic taught and coached me through my practical training showing great training skill in a high pace high profile live on road experience His expert HGV knowledge and own expert HGV driving skill is terrific along with his balanced constant feedback to teach HGV driving skills comprehensively Stefan is a strong communicator and easy to get along with Thank you very much Antonio Keira and Stefan

I contacted the LGV training company after hearing I was being made redundant I got connected with Nick Lake who was an diamond when it come to sorting literally everything out all dates and times given to me just had to turn up and do my part in passing I ve now got my class 1 licence and cpc all done and in the bag thanks to these guys All within 3 months too Great work thank you for everything

I needed to have lessons in HGV Class 1 I phoned up The LGV Training Company spoke to them and bought the 5 day training I did the lessons but had to rebook the practical a few times It s not easy The LGV Training Company did the bookings for everything They are very professional on the phone I have no complaints what so ever Thank you to you all

Really helpful and friendly company Would highly recommend I had no idea where to start with my C1 licence and they explained everything and kept in touch throughout I did my theory and passed my test both on first attempts within 6 weeks of enrolment Thank you
