Destroying producf after returning
I ordered the CAMPIFY string First the delivery was delayed se we already left for vacation before it was delivered I ordered customer service and they said they re good for the environment so they only transfer a product once it s ordered I told them I wouldn t be home for delivery but that it s ok to deliver it to my neighbours When I got home there was no package I contacted them and they said they tried to deliver but I wasn t home three times in a row That s right and I had already let them know So the delivery company sent it back I asked them to get my money back and they re response was because of health and safety rules it s our policy to destroy returned product Complete nonsense it s a light string I can only get 50 of my money back and the product is destroyed And they pretent to take care of the climate and environment Really bad service

Dropshipper with no imprint or return adress
The Light Supplier is a dropshipping company that sources its products from China According to their terms customers must cover return shipping costs which isn t unusual However under the EU Consumer Rights Directive businesses are required to provide a clear return address typically found in the imprint Impressum Unfortunately The Light Supplier lacks an imprint entirely which is a legal requirement for commercial websites After I exercised my right to withdraw from the purchase the company requested photos of the product packaging and shipping label which felt highly unusual Despite my compliance their request delayed the process beyond the withdrawal period They later claimed my return request fell outside of their terms denying my claim entirely I promptly pointed out that my request was within the legal timeframe to which they responded with an offer of a 30 refund if I kept the product When I declined and asked for transparency regarding the missing return address and imprint they increased the offer to a 50 refund yet still provided no clarification Both the lack of an imprint and failure to provide a clear return address violate EU consumer law Furthermore the pricing is outrageous with items like the one I purchased available on AliExpress for as little as 9 yet The Light Supplier charges more than five times that amount While I have chosen to accept their 50 refund due to the time and energy it would take to pursue legal action I feel misled and frustrated I strongly advise against purchasing from this company The lack of transparency misleading practices and inflated prices make this a regrettable experience I would never shop here again

Re their insincere response - I dont want your thanks your understanding or your apologies Stop scamming people already and give us our money back ------------------------------------------------------------The seller has displayed multiple kinds of fraud and manipulation during the transaction 1 Manipulating website photos and selling products that do not resemble those photos 2 For concealing negative reviews and only publishing 4- or 5-star reviews on their website Trustpilot is the only place where all the reviews are accessible 3 For their 30-day money-back guarantee that they have neither the intention nor the ability of honoring 4 For posing as a Dutch company and for concealing their actual operations out of China Customers are manipulated into believing that if they are unsatisfied they just need to pay for shipping back to Andijk when in reality they are asked to pay 30 euros to ship it back to some Chinese warehouse 5 For claiming to care about the environment as a means of discouraging unsatisfied customers from returning their orders while making the decision to use a cheap Chinese warehouse instead of a local Dutch European one -------------------------------------Update They are inexplicably asking for photos of the product I already sent them a side-by-side photo of what they sent vs what they advertised Still no returns instructions Another delay tactic Dec 30 They are still refusing to provide instructions for a return when I requested it 2 weeks ago It has now been over 30 days since they have taken my money and they show no intention of returning it I have now filed a report to get my money back I can see that I am not the only one here that has had the same experience - for those of you who need to take similar actions here is their KVK number 90397355Dec 26 - requests verification for this review but still have not responded to my email requesting a return------Original Review-------They sent me a product that did not look at all like the website so I requested a return After a week this is the response I received We are sorry you were not satisfied with the item I will be happy to help you set up a return procedure As described in our terms and conditions returns are at your own expense our warehouse is located in China To help you and save trouble we offer an alternative solution a 30 refund and you can keep the product This way you do not have to return it and pay the high return cost this way we also help the environment First of all it is not my fault that you didnt send me what I ordered If you Photoshop the merchandise photos on your website did you expect customers would just be ok with it when they receive something totally different Second the decision to ship from China is yours not the customers The listed contact address is somewhere in the middle of nowhere in the Netherlands so it is a fair assumption that you have a warehouse in the EU If you claim to care so much about the environment why are you using Chinese warehouse instead of choosing a local one

Cheap Chinese junk don t buy
Don t be misguided by the nice looking website and relatively expensive pricing this is Chinese junk The lights lamp light standing table light look cheap and plastic and the battery doesn t last one evening Also I ordered 3 lights in one order The first came after 2 weeks the second after 4 weeks and the third was never delivered

Very bad experience
Very bad experience We ordered lights for the garden the photo s on the website were of lights which were placed in the garden When we received the lights the manual says that the lights are not waterproof Useless for outdoors We want to send the lights back but customer service has not responded to us at all and we have no information or return form to send the product back and get our money back

Filed police report
Bullshit Less than 1 of the customers use our 30-day money-back guarantee How could they when they dont respond to refund requests Almost two months and still no sign of my money I had to file a police report after they failed to meet their own 30-day guarantee - at this point I realized this company is run by scammers who have no intention of honoring their own policies - let alone the legal consumer rights of the EU I also had to file a report with ACM Consuwijzer KvK and with Consumer Rights at the European Comission These scammers sell cheap Chinese junk via Photoshopped ads When you ask for a refund they tell you to ship it back to China after tricking you into thinking they are Dutch-based Since their products are made in China they do not meet EU safety standards and electronics are prone to spontaneous combustion I do not want that at home and apparently the sellers dont want it back either because they know it is unsellable So then they will fail to provide a shipping address and stop responding completely What a monumental waste of time and money This is order with tracking number 3A5V654558133

Ambientify retro lamps broken within 2 months of use
I bought 2 ambientify retro lamps on 18 SEP 2024 In January 2025 both broke down the touch button collapsed inside the body of the lamp I contacted the company they asked for pictures which I sent but eventually they informed me they would not replace the products as the event was over 30 days from the date of purchase I m very dissatisfied Terrible product quality and unhelpful service
