Brilliant customer service
I contacted LGS on Instagram as the handles of our our basket had become frayed I received a very prompt response from Demi who was incredibly helpful and after confirming a few details sent a replacement to arrive within 1-2 days Incredible customer service and many thanks to this particular member of the team Highly recommend their products anyway and especially now following such excellent service

The product is great I thought the mattress may be heavier than usual but wasn t and doesn t have the chemical smell which is as hoped There was a problem with delivery the delivery firm not the shop The little green sheep automatically sorted out

Really good old fashioned customer service
What a great company We bought our first baby s Moses basket and mattress from them years ago and recently one for our new baby as well as a junior mattress for our now 8 year old Really good old fashioned customer service - hard to find such nice folks to deal with anymore Had a problem with the recycling of our old mattress - sorted immediately on the phone and offered service for free Feeling great Thank you
