I ordered a custom made toybox for my son I was so shocked at how fast I recieved it and how beautiful it was I opted for a white box grey name and the rex s on the side It was made exactly how I imagined Over a year later the toy box is still perfect The lid doesn t slam shut so my little boy is safe to open and close it himself I had the large toy box which is brilliant it makes a great furniture piece my little boy sits on it often to read or play but it s also very practical It makes a home look less messy and it s great to throw toys in at the end of the day 10 10 100 recomend

No support team to deal with problem

I ve been trying to contact this company since the day of my delivery as the personalised parts of the toy box are damaged The paint is chipped so I had packed it back away hoping for a response from them in regards to either a replacement or a refund I have emailed contacted them on Instagram as well as their contact page on their website and I have had no response at all I understand that there are no returns on personalised items but if they are damaged then the problem should be rectified

No customer support

Told me my sons toy box has been delivered without asking for order number or anything ordered it 4 weeks ago and no sight of it no customer help from them to get to the bottom of what s happened I m down 110 and my sons not got a toybox to wake up to on Christmas should of made it myself with the exact same toy box from IKEA for 36 and got my own letters clouds for 20 Convinced its a scam

Scammers Ordered a toy box off Etsy for a Christmas present Got a tracking number that did not work Was worried something was wrong so tried to contact by email and got automatic response saying not to worry that all orders would be fulfilled Still nothing arrived so I tried to contact again to find their Esty shop has been shut down and their website closed Have emailed again but no reply Very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift

DONT NOT ORDER SCAMMERS Ordered toy box 4 weeks ago via Etsy It showed it had been delivered the following day after ordering fishy I received a message from an Alex via there page on Etsy was advised Etsy was showing there orders were delivered but I was not to worry as this wasn t the case I would still receive order by delivery date which was 21st Nov I messaged again on the 20th to ask for tracking info they didn t give me it advised it would be with me no later than 26th they had a backlog due to Christmas Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited to see if it arrived We re now on the 29th so I message the page again and to my surprise the page is no longer there I find it absolutely disgusting that anybody can do this low life s Taking peoples hard earned money Thankfully Etsy are giving me a full refund but it s the principle Absolute scumbags doing this anytime but especially weeks before Christmas AVOID AVOID AVOID
