It s a fraud company
It s a fraud company It s been 8 days the product I returned successfully at their hub and passed the quality check I received the message from their end that refund will be credited back to my account within 24-48 hrs I have been following with them from past 8 days over emails and on customer care number To every emails and on call they will give the same answer it will be credited within 24-48 hrs And when you ask the date they will never give the dates saying we cannot say And when you become strict they will become rude and cut the call I have wasted lot of energy and time to get back my refund Looks like they use the refund amount of customers for the fancy promotions they do on insta to lure us I have lost hope of getting back my refund

Pathetic site of frauds
Hey girls beware of this site They are complete frauds They will not deliver your items and will mark them delivered The customer service will keep telling you that it is delivered and will stop replying to your mails phones They are complete thieves and you cannot at all trust them with prepaid orders at all Be very careful also whatever is available at their site is available at Nykaa etc Please check out more reliable sites like myntra nyka than these frauds

very very bad experience
very very bad experience I had a prepaid booking The order reached on time and but a wrong number was shared to delivery partner Since the code could not be generated the delivery partner did not give me my parcel Its been more than 8 days that they keep telling me to write to support Support does not repond back expcet for raising a case You guys are not cheap you charge a bomb and this is the experience you give

Fraud website I purchased suit from the loom and received the damaged kurta On the website they have mentioned 7 DAYS NO QUESTION ASKED RETURNS POLICY In case of defected damaged product complaint should be raised within 24 hours of delivery of product I raised the complainant within 24hrs and they did not accept my return request They were only ready to replace the product with the same one I had to took follow up with them almost a month And after almost a month

If you are outside of india DO NOT BUY from them They are most unprofessional and you will land up paying exorbitant duty and tax on top of goods value which they will not declare at the time of purchase STAY AWAY

LOOM a completely fraud company They show on their website that there is a cashback of rs 2000 on purchase of rs 10000 item and cashback of rs 1000 on purchase of rs 6000 items but they are misleading the customers by saying cashback because your cash will never be returned and it is credited on the brand accounts as credit points which can be redeemed in the next purchase of a minimum rs 6000 where you will get cashback of 1000 rupees again hence throwing customer in the loop of shopping with the worst misleading sale gimmick ever its a complete fraud i am going to send them a legal notice

i brought lime green set of 3 suite set the color is bleeding got faded and it was described as hand embroidery but it was machine embroidery no touch or hand work it was for the occasion and i travelled back from USA to india i could not return it

Awful shipping policy for international customers
The quality of the clothing is good at times but their returns policy for international customers is awful To send 3 items back one trouser suit and two pairs of trousers it has cost me 30 This does not include any customs taxes I will accur on the other side They are also charging a re-stocking fee of 20 per order how ridiculous I have never heard anything like it What a way to retain customers

Very bad return experience
Loom may be good for celebrities but not for common people Their return policy is strange and materials do not worth the price I will never order again from loom I can get far better quality material from normal shops for half of the price I paid to Loom I would never recommend this brand to any of my friends or family
