The most worse courier company ever please don t use this courier for anything Never use in your life I bought item from 8hb and it doesn t even move till now 12hb Honest review please never ever use this courier

The company is not reliable I book a lorry and they send me a lorry that is already overloaded never notify it is a share move cause damage on personal items They need to refund but do not respond They do not send their own truck but some private subcontractor without identification I order one thing but my order was changed without notification They quick to collect fees but do not respond to customers after they took the fees This company is not recommended

Don t touch this company with a Barch pole Ordered 99 worth of goods in March a month later nothing delivered Contacted the 3 times no response got e mail saying post office were delivering Tracking on post office said goods had not been collected Will now take legal advice on feeding my money back

I am using it for house moving from KL to Kajang The price is transparent all I need to do is to select what I need I got my driver within minutes and he called to confirm my booking and the things that I m moving He advised me professionally and show no pressure in insisting to add on more services The whole process was fast and diligent I was so happy that they did a great job and with care
