I would give no stars if it were possible I ordered a card for my sister in law s 70th birthday I ordered one with a birthstone crystal It arrived quickly and on first impressions was beautifully packaged However the text on the front of the card was hardly readable due to the font which you don t get a choice of There was a dirty splurge on the front and the top corner was bent down Inside the message was not central on the page The standard was not good I messaged customer service and was told they would get back to me A day late and I got an email saying that as far as they were concerned it was what I had ordered and they wear gloves to make the cards so this was acceptable I emailed back to say it was not acceptable to me and I have heard nothing back so I presume they have made their decision I cannot give this card to someone in the condition it s in It wasn t cheap so money wasted There is no phone number to talk to anyone I will not be using them again Disgusting way to treat customers

My family member was sent a get well card whilst in hospital They were delighted by it they are even going to frame it which shocked me Thanks so much I d highly recommend The Luxe Co Slightly on the pricey side but worth the weight in gold for their delight
