Luxe-London are scammers This company should not be allowed to trade in the Uk They just steal your money

2 weeks no email response and no parcel

I ordered a gift for my daughter on the 31 10 for her birthday on the 6-11 today is the 12 11 and I have had no response to emails asking where my parcel is and when I tracked it it made me download shop app and it states it s in china and always has been avoid at all costs I thought this was a respectable website clearly not

Looks great on line but is disgusting quality with holes in where stitching is missed

Avoid No Return service took 24 days to deliver product cheap and badly packaged I sent 10 emails to return item all went unanswered Don t get caught up in the very misleading website

Goods arrived from China but the website would have you believe its a UK company Sizing Chinese ordered a M jacket and couldn t even get an arm in 14 days to return 5 emails sent so far nothing Won t get our money back as goods were sent If I could do a zero I would Avoid avoid avoid Oh and phone number 31 number not recognised

Shocking company take forever to deliver never answer emails and items are not even boxed If you re looking for something decent avoid this company like the plague Far better companies that are contactable deliver on time and offer higher quality
