The worst online retail experience I ve ever had
At the end of September I placed an order on their website for a watch Upon placing the order I did receive a prompt order confirmation email which told me that I would be notified once the item had been shipped I kept watching for this shipping notification for over 2 weeks as they had told me in the first email that it could take up to 10 business days to ship The 10th business day came and went and I had received no further correspondence in my email from the vendor I had to contact them to find out that when they went to put my item into a box to ship it that they saw that there was a scratch on the crystal and that they would not ship it in that condition There was only one of these watches left but upon seeing this I was not contacted by them about them canceling the order I had to contact them to find out that they were canceling my order They did offer at this time for me to receive a refund which I told them that I wanted They told me that it would take up to 2 weeks for the refund to show up in my account After 2 weeks I still saw no credit into my account and still had no other correspondence from the seller in my email account other than the order confirmation I then contacted them again to find out what the status of my refund was Upon asking them about this they told me that they could not give refunds So their previous statement was either a lie or they had no idea how their company operates I was told that I would only be given store credit in the amount that they had charged me or I had to initiate a charge back with my bank They offered me no help They only offered me information that was incorrect until the end when I had to take action myself I had no updates from them and will never be purchasing from this store in the future The only way to contact them is through chat which seems to always be with an individual named Tonya and they seem to have a limited number of canned responses to questions This was the worst online retail experience that I ve ever had Luckily my bank got my money back no thanks to The Luxury Direct

These guys are not legit
These guys are not legit I placed an order then tried canceling They can not be reached by phone and take days to respond to emails and chats They charged by card took weeks to send the watch I had it sent back but they had the balls to show my bank the shipping invoice even though I had a proof from USPS the watch was received by a mail center in Sugar Land Tx This could qualify as a mail order fraud and needs to be investigated

Why isn t there zero star preference
Why isn t there zero star preference I had ordered some parasol sunglasses from them It went on for about two weeks and then I contacted them and they made up a story that they were damaged and could not ship me another pair because they were out of stock but in the meantime I had gone on and tried to order them from other companies and they were out of stock everywhere so I m convinced that they never had them in the first place Then they said they initiated a refund 10 days later and behold still no refund now customer service by the name of Austyn will not respond anymore so I filed a claim with my bank as they suggested They re obviously stalling for some reason this place is the biggest rip off ever lesson learned

Unable to fulfill orders with different shipping and billing address
Placed an order and my credit card was authorized but they refuse to fulfill They use Shopify which allows a shipping address different from billing address However they say that since my shipping address and billing address are different they will not be able to ship to me Horrible experience

I have still not received my product
I have still not received my product more than a month after placing the order They say it is stuck with USPS but cannot offer and follow up or support for a vendor they are responsible for I am not convinced they have shipped it at all I have requested a refund multiple times and am now forced to work through a fraud claim with my credit card company Avoid and spend your money at a more reputable store

Avoid at all costs
They do not disclose handling times and they carry no stock If you order something they need to procure it then they send it to you at some point I realized this a couple days in and requested them to cancel the order but they ignore any attempt to cancel In other words they won t cancel even though they didn t get the product or ship it That also means you will strike out if you want to return something as there is no way they will acknowledge you I finally had to open a dispute with Citi and am awaiting resolution

Faulty product and terrible customer serviceA RADO watch I bought from The Luxury Direct Store is supposed to have 80hrs of reserve power per specification However the watch stops running after 9 to 10 hours of not wearing it I reached out to customer service they responded once asking for pictures of the watch and after that they never responded to my e-mails and they flagged me out In other words they can receive my communications but their web shows me that my correspondence does not go through It looks like they are not responding so that their 14 days return policy has passed and they are not able to return the item I recommend buyers to be cautious before buying any item from this merchant It is worth it to buy from a retail store even though it could be a little more money
