INCORRECT DESCRIPTION ON WEBSITE
After spending over 45 minutes on the phone waiting to be answered I m not joking although they do give you an option for a call back I was called back 7 hours later I asked to book their advertised spring spa break at 99 per person I wanted to go on the 29th April To be told it is only in the week It s in the terrns and conditions I told her to look on the website herself and find where it says this She agreed there is nothing to say this VERY misleading and disappointing Lesson to them Make sure you check details before going live

My wife has been going here for many
My wife has been going here for many years and would always recommend it to people However she has just spent the weekend there and everything about it bar the treatments has diminished Quality of the food was very poor for dinner and all dried at breakfast They tried adding money to almost everyones bill on departure claiming treatments are more expensive at weekends yet they added it to my wife s bill but not here mothers who also had treatments Every single person was querying their bill at check out Lots of drunk people around the pool as if on an 18 to 30 holiday Lots of the extras that used to be on hand are no longer They are still showing views from the hotel where a premier inn has now been built so there are no views any more Will never go back

The 2 aloof pretentious people who
The 2 aloof pretentious people who interviewed my partner obviously have no PR skills at all Thank goodness they never offered the job because it would have been declined No wonder the staffing levels are high and like a revolving door The 2 investors need to try their hand at maybe stocks and shares then at least they can be free of having to converse with members of the public or people directly it s obvious they lack skills in this area or just trying to be important by being so rude and obnoxious I would not be a paying customer at all

Continually poor customer service
Really poor customer service on a number of occasions Over the last month I emailed twice about a voucher that I had bought before the pandemic but each time got no reply The only reason I have used the spa which is lovely was because I had been gifted a spa day Previously as in before the pandemic I had left voice messages on answerphone when there was no reply from reception and again no one ever came back to me I even rang through to the restaurant and got no reply and again left a message enquiring about a reservation and yep you guessed it got no reply The level of service does not match the spa and it s lovely surroundings which is a shame as service is just so important

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost set in the tranquil surroundings of a industrial estate overlooked by a Premiere Inn and imposing electrical pylon that dominates the background of a spa this is NOT luxurious by any stretch of the imagination In fact since visiting this spa my sister and I have been Ill probably due to the lack of cleanliness and extremely poor hygiene I ve just returned from this spa as my sister treated me for my birthday When I saw it was in Malvern hills I thought it would be beautiful but when you arrive it s on a dodgy trading estate and our room over looked a car park On arriving at the spa I dressed in the gown provided to find used chewing gum in the pocket when I returned this to the reception they were unapologetic and didn t seem to care The rooms outside the treatment rooms are pleasant but the spa itself is pretty ropey patchy cracked ceilings dead plants and the overlooking a premiere Inn electricity pylon and electric cables finished off with some poorly fitted faux grass with multiple trip hazard signs strategically placed in 4 areas adding to the glamour The foot spas weren t working neither the showers adjacent to the spa and there is no pool for swimming The treatment I had was mediocre and took place in a freezing cold treatment room and was not a deep tissue massage as requested This morning at 7 45 we were woke up from our sleep by a wailing siren and the fire alarm going off not once but twice apparently they had burnt toast in the restaurant which was 3 floors below us but the alarms were activated throughout the building and in every guest room I ve seen on other reviews that has happened before and at 6am not what you want from an apparent luxury spa break On waking up I also discovered some unrecognisable stains on the sheet specimen and when I pulled the sheet off the mattress protector was covered in multiple yellow urine stains I tried to deal with the duty manager Amy but found her rude and unsympathetic and dismissive to the serious issues I raised I asked for a head office number which she refused to give me I will be taking this matter further and reporting to the local council Amy offered a full refund but then later changed this to a part refund and we still had to pay an outstanding balance of over 200 which I thought was disgraceful after our experience My sister had payed a small fortune for this stay which should of been nice and restful but this place is obviously poorly managed and has issues with hygiene and standards I ve stayed in multiple spas all over the country world but never experienced anything like this before If your thinking about booking this spa do so at your own peril

Location is awful
Location is awful On a trading estate and our room overlooked building works for a new supermarket The ring road is very noisy and not the relaxing tranquil experience we had hoped Had to ask for towels and robes upon arrival as they were not in the room as we were advised The room was incredibly basic and did not look as pictured on website The spa was run down and crowded loungers close together with no privacy The breakfast was disorganised and we waited 45 minutes for food dry pancakes and avocado on toast and there were no cups or plates available and we had to ask for them Will not return there are far better spas in beautiful surroundings available for the price you pay here Not impressed

Sunday 18th May a very disappointing experience
We went on a date night last night the 18th June my partner some twenty minutes after eating her meal the salmon fell violently sick with diarrohea We rang the Spa and spoke to a gentleman on reception about 930 pm he said someone would call us today to talk about our compliant To date no one has called us which is extremely disappointing The experience was very disappointing and for the very expensive prices they charge we cant believe no one has had the courtesy to call us Would NOT recommend

Shocking customer service
My partner booked this for my 40th birthday present a couple of months ago for this coming Sunday 21 7 24 We recieved an email a week before to say there would be no electrics overnight which in turn means there is no fire alarm Upon emailing and speaking to staff who were very rude I was told it s fine we have 9 staff in plus you cant use the lift anyway in a fire and you will have emergency plans in your room I m not sure 9 staff will be able to wake 33 rooms of people in time if something serious were to happen For somewhere hat charge so much money I expect better customer service I asked to cancel my stay as I don t think I would feel safe to which I was told your money will be back in the account in 3 to 5 working days which may not be enough time to book somewhere else This has taken a lot of planning for our 6 month old baby to be looked after as well as someone else to have the dog and annual leave from work
