The sessions enable me to reflect on thing that was hindering me which was really good for me it helped me to plan more things to do and keep me preoccupied which will bring me closer to my career goals The mentoring Lab had help me build a new relationship with other participant which help me network around to build more client for my career goals overall it was a great experience

I had such an amazing and productive time with The Mentoring Lab which helped me shape the pathway for my future career The activities which we did such as highlighting our values completing a SWOT analysis and creating a career map alongside 1 -1 mentoring enabled me to develop a more open mind and gave me huge confidence in myself I came into the session unsure about my future profession full of doubt and I often found myself settling for safe options Now I am full of determination and drive to achieve whatever I want in the future I highly recommend The Mentoring Lab for those looking for support great advice and guidance in launching their career

The Mentoring Lab taught me how to prepare for my future and allowed me to understand the importance of planning I learnt how to map out a career plan for myself which encouraged me to begin planning and preparing actions for this I learnt how to balance my time well and how to identify ways to improve my progress This session was very educational and motivational and I know feel more prepared for the future than ever before
