Payment with only 50 of delivery received

I ordered on 28 November asking if they would be able to deliver before 1 December they said yes I paid and expected the order to be delivered when I followed up on 2 and 3 and 4 December they casually said it would be out for delivery on 4 December it arrived but only 50 of the delivery arrived When I asked where the rest of the order was they said I would receive it on 4 December it didn t arrive I followed up again on 5 December they said it was out for delivery it didn t arrive 5 December I followed up twice no one is responding to me anymore I will need to report them to the ministry of commerce The service is unacceptable
