I had a great experience shopping at the Modern Back Although the item appeared to be in stock when I placed the order back in mid October it was out of stock at the manufacturer I didn t end up getting the chair delivered until December but Tom and Colin were always very quick to respond to my inquiries on the status of this order I would definitely shop here again As to the chair I ordered I just unboxed it and it looks to be very high quality I can t wait to try using it

Since we had the white glove service which Covid-19 has completely changed the service Although we had to wait an extra 7-10 days for delivery and set up of our chair everyone at Modern Back were extremely helpful

Great product I am using the massage chair twice a day- one in the morning and one at night It releases the back pain and relaxes my muscles especially on my legs I love the intensity 4 when it massages my foot my back and my neck Highly recommended for those who are experiencing muscle pain
