This is the first time I have used The Mortgage Lender and I can not wait to use them again Being able to actually speak to an underwriter makes all the difference and I can not speak highly enough of Daniel Baguley He worked with me in getting my customer a mortgage offer and after having an awful experience with another company Daniel restored my faith I would highly recommend

Clear and slick mortgage process for Adverse cases

As expected there were a lot of additional requirements with submitting an adverse credit mortgage However it was very easy to follow Timescales for picking up documents were on the long side but overall a slick process

all lenders do a great job however you

all lenders do a great job however you find out how good a lender really is when things dont go to plan because you can speak to the right person at the end of a phone any issues were resolved quickly ansdsatisfactorily ending up with one very happy client

TML were very patient

They were very patient as my client had a few issues getting the property ready and he had to delay the valuation a number of times Once the valuer had been around and issued the report the Offer was issued withing 2 days Excellent

ALL THE STOPS WERE PULLED OUT TO HELP ME

We had a case from a small builder where the build had been greatly delayed and we could no longer get an extension It couldn t be replaced cause HTB The builder managed to get NHBC at the very last moment meaning the reinspection and completion had to be done with hardly any notice Helen Conway and Charlie Stack were really amazing and turned things round extremely quickly Client and I were really relieved Thank you so much

Andy Heath is a superb BDM and asset for The Mortgage Lender He did his upmost to get one of our -what ended to be complicated cases across the line We had a new build purchase that was going to fall out of bed at the eleventh hour and he saved the day by getting an extension and everything to go through smoothly at completion

We had a pretty complicated mortgage that had to be offered ASAP as was a new build and we were only given 3 weeks The whole team worked really hard with a special thanks to Hanif Hussain Business Manager for pulling out all of the stops to get us over the line Very impressed and all well pleased
