A few years ago I got some ppi back via a company called Allay Then a few weeks ago I received a letter from HMRC saying a tax refund had been issued on my behalf and a cheque sent to my nominee I enquired who this nominee was and it turned out to be then tax refunds another branch of Allay Today received my refund minus the 48 that these robdogs had taken I genuinely don t recall asking these charlatans to claim on my behalf and I don t recommend that anyone uses them for tax refunds 48 is beyond excessive There are no contact numbers on their website just a contact form that they never reply to SCUMBAGS

I knew nothing about the Allay claim to repay tax The first I knew was the letter from HMRC telling me about my tax rebate for year 21 22 and sending the adjusted tax statement for that year It was for a very small amount 23 but then I receive the text from ThenTax asking me to send my bank account details to receive the 12 20 As everybody has written robbery and in the name of HMRC Disgusting Peter

Last year I engaged then tax to apply for a tax refund from HMRC this they did within a reasonable period of time but they charged me 44 commission fee this is excessive and they did not tell me in advance Next time I will go elsewhere

I received some texts from them tax and due to a medical condition I could not respond I have contacted them on contact us 3 times still no response Terrible service it s been 5 months and they still have my money even thou Hmrc has sent me tho letter that then tax will provide payment Where is my tax refund
