Absolute awful company woeful pitiful people
EDIT DUE TO THEIR RESPONSE The parcel was NEVER delivered The proof of posting supplied by Royal Mail showed the parcel and nothing else Royal Mail apologised to me and also said they couldn t provide GPS coordinates and have no proof of the delivery being actually made I have all these conversations backed up and will happily provide them to everyone who wants them As for being derogatory yes I was the owner of this sad company decided to lie and then completely ignore me time after time when this information was given to them they chose to ignore it all for the sake of 30 Scum Absolute scum I can t decide to keep something I don t have ffs As for you responding to all my communication what a joke you really are you ignored most of my requests even after providing proof from Royal Mail you ignored it all about the delivery being not delivered to my home and then subsequently responded immediately when I used another email address and another name proof that you ignored me and my request for a refund for a non delivered item Oh and as for not the way to speak to another human It s also not good to scamSomeone out of their hard earned money because you re so desperate for cash you ll lie through your teeth You drop ship Chinese mad pap from a shopping centre in the midlands here in the UK and the four people I ve spoken to in your delivery chain have all gave bad responses when talking about you You re scum Utter scum Money grabbing scum - Absolute awful company and even worse customer service They continually tell me my item is with Royal Mail which isn t true Printing a label out is NOT dispatching my item It s tracked 48 and Royal Mail said that will happen IF it s in their system to be delivered They don t have it they say If it they did tracking would be updated to say they have it They don t Natural Posture keep telling me 3-8 business days for delivery and that Royal Mail do have it when they don t I ve emails fromRoyal Mail as well as social media convos confirming that the item is NOT in their system and they ve said that the sender clearly hasn t posted it or handed it in at a post office It s been a week since dispatch and nothing updated via Royal Mail I ve asked FOUR times to cancel and refund my money which is my right as a consumer under UK law even if the item has shipped I can refuse delivery but I can t refuse something that isn t even out for delivery but they just ignore my emails asking for my money back This is theft They re clearly 3 5 5 for a reason - it should be much lower Minus even Avoid if I were you At all costs They re the most rude obnoxious people I ve ever had to deal with online

WON T RESPOND TO REQUEST TO RETURN
I purchased a back stretcher for my husband He learned he had a ruptured disc and was told not to use the stretcher I asked to return the unused stretcher within a week of receiving it and I could not get a response despite repeated attempts Terrible customer service I will have to dispute the purchase through my bank

I was a bit sceptical about the claims
I was a bit sceptical about the claims but I thought I would give it a try and I purchased their Slimming Vest which was great However I did feel that a smaller size would give me a better hug I emailed them and got a very quick response and they send me the smaller size immediately This gave me the tighter hug that I was looking for It is incredibly comfortable to wear all day long which really helped with my back and it definitely does improve my posture and squish in the body shape tremendously I was so impressed that within days I ordered two of the Ultra Slimming Vests which have a lot more compression and really do wonders for my figure and more importantly my back and posture While the extra compression works brilliantly it is still incredibly comfortable to wear all day long I am now a complete convert these are excellent comfortable products that do exactly what they claim and the service is quick and very helpful I shall be buying more I can genuinely recommend this company and their products
