The company arranged viewing then didn t turn up
The company had arranged for me to view a property and never turned up Never replied to an email to ask where they were replied to a call 30mins after the time they arranged via email agreed time 12nn When we finally spoke the representative attempted to gaslight me Saying they were outside the property when I an another person were waiting for them We were shocked and disappointed The representative even had the gall to describe his car a red renault that was supposed to be outside the property Another level of gaslighting The representative refused to attend stating that they has another appointment at 1pm Disgusting unprofessional customer service and behaviour not reflective of their website Do not trust them one iota Unbelievable
