You do not get what you paid for
Hi guys I ordered a jacket in the sale 10 days ago I got a send confirmation the following day After that it kept quiet 5 days alter I asked through mail where the package is the tracking code was there but not the shipping company So PostNL didn t accept the tracking code I got a mail back that GLS shipping company Yeah never received the package and they are looking for it As soon as they know more they would contact me They never did I called again after 5 days Yeah sorry we lost the package Can you fill in this form so you get your money back Hold on I don t want my money back I want the jacket Send a jacket remember it never left their warehouse to me I paid for it Response NF sorry cannot do I do not make the rules Fill in this form that you never received the package which was never send from their warehouse I have this on mail and we will send you your money back I got the assurance that I could choose another jacket online for the same price and a 10 off bon So until now I didn t get no jacket they never actually send it and I do not have my money back When i get my money back I will give them two stars Sad how The North Face did such a bad transition from shops to online selling They have the brand they have the money So why treat your clients as cashcows EDIT They sold more then they had in stock in their warehouse That is why they would not send it again and said i could by it again knowing it was sold out That is really bad customer service guys

Customer Service of TNF non-existent
Short version Ten days after the order was placed still no sign of the package After checking the track trace code GLS it shows that the package is in storage as I was apparently not home No message note email nothing Since I received no message I called TNF The girl on the phone just laughed when I told her this and said that is GLS for you She promised to contact them as did the guy who I spoke to the next day Therefore I cancelled the order Had to fill a form that is meant for GLS so should be filled by TNF not me Was finally told that money would be paid pack in 10 working days Bear in mind that the above all took a lot of speaking to diverse customer service people and a long time of being on hold Promised action is not taken contact GLS send me the form call me back so had to go back several times Now have to hope that they will be capable to pay me back the money Will have to keep an eye on it unfortunately So will have to spend a little more time on top of everything else to make sure they will Cannot review the product as have not received the jacket Have TNF shoes I m very happy with but will always buy via a third party in the future

I ve never experienced something like this I ve returned 2 items and I ve been waiting for the refund for more than 2 weeks when I decided to call the customer service The guy assured me that the money would have been sent in full back to my account so I proceeded with another purchase After one week and other two calls nothing Still no money back So I managed to contact the same person that took my inquiry and he promises me to refund me part part of the first returned purchase plus 50 of the last purchase during the call I clearly repeat what he was offering me in case he was mistaking plus a 10 on my next purchase I agreed After one more week still no refund for any of the purchases I call once again and the guy tells me that he made a mistake and that he offered 15 on the last purchase which is not enough to cover my previous purchase So he propose me another 15 off the next purchase in order to get my money back This is ridiculous They re forcing me to buy more stuff so to get my money and bottom line after one month I still didn t get any money back not even the 15 I ve been a loyal and brand enthusiast for years but after this shameful experience I m not sure I will buy again from them

Extremeley hard to send back articles I have ride my bike to the nearest postal collection point Whith a package I can hardly bring with me I do not have a car which is why I bought the coat to stay warm on the bike I also need to print out a label They can not print the label for me at the postal collection point and I do not have a printer myself How am I supposed to send my jacket back

Never buy from their website
Worst customer service experience I have seen in my life After waiting more than a week for my package via UPS it was checked as Delivered I was at home waiting for that package and I have asked all my neighbors about it and nobody has received Sent an e-mail to the customer service and after 12 days they answered with a very poor form with wrong words very suspicious btw that I had to print fill it our and scan Any digital signature is not allowed So basically you can buy online without any problems but after they make a mistake of not delivering the product to you they make another mistake on top of it making you go to a place to print it and send another e-mail I will always avoid buying stuff from TNF from now on but directly from them is definitely not an option forever Keep in mind that even during lockdown they didn t give me the option to sign it online

Worst customer service about repairing product
I sent back my winter jacket cost about 300e to the company for repairing it Since then I have sent emails and call them for an update I get the answer that the person responsible for my case is the only one who could updated me The worst customer service ever I really hope I get back my expensive winter jacket
