Terrible customer service waiting for my standing desk for more than a month and it s not delivered
I ve ordered an electric standing desk from Omnidesk on July 29th and was told it was going to take a while to get it because they had a lot of orders latelly ok Then I moved on August 14th and sent them an email with the new address to which they replied No worries I ve updated your delivery address on the same day My order was shipped on the 20th of August and after two weeks of waiting I had enough and asked them for the tracking number After checking on TNT site I found out that they had attempted to deliver my order one week previously at the WRONG address I ve been trying since then to receive my order but have only received 3 out of 5 packages so far What REALLY makes me mad is that OMNIDESK doesn t even answer the phone I had to call TNT myself to get the address changed and they are trying to contact OMNIDESK to get a description of the packages but can t because THEY DON T ANSWER the phone Worst customer service ever If you have the option buy somewhere else

The customer service sucks with this
The customer service sucks with this place Even trying to ask them questions their live chat is a simple and severely out of date messaging system that shuts every time they answer you so they have NFI what you are referring to with your follow up answer to when they reply God help anyone who actually buys their stuff and has a problem if they cannot even be bothered to get sales right which is normally no 1 for companies as that is what earns them revenue

Appalling customer service and shipping
Placed the order on 20 Nov got an email on 28 Nov saying there s a significant delay not heard anything since as of 8 Dec Called phone line as stated on website which asks you to leave message but promptly cuts the line after the beep The website chat box is also useless - sent a message 15 minutes ago still no response Don t use an online chat box if you don t man it I don t expect it to work like emails if you ask me to chat Don t know what else to do and when my order will arrive

You will never get a tracking number
Worst customer service ever They sent an email that they would update the shipping tracking but I ve been waiting for 2 weeks and still not updated I reached out when it is planning to ship and the person Tyler says it will be pick up by courier soon So I wait for the tracking with the SHOP app and just 2 days after I reached out to them as all of sudden It appears marked as delivered on the app Paid more than 1k for the desk and you don t even get tracking info WTH And reach out to the live chat and the person Nick never even apologised and said it already dispatched a week ago and still no tracking number available So I got 2 different info Which was useless noting from same place and none of them make sense I don t even know how this place got decent reviews Read all 1 star reviews same issues with shipping I don t even know If I will get my item If not updated will open dispute and get refund instead

I had a highly disappFrustrating Experience with Poor Communication and Broken Promisesointing experience
I had a highly disappointing experience with Omnidesk s customer service and delivery process Before purchasing my desk I explicitly asked if delivery could be delayed until at least the 12th of December as I was out of state and moving into my new place on that date I was assured multiple times that this would not be an issue and that a note would be left with the delivery company to hold the desk until then With this understanding I placed my order on the 25th of November and immediately informed their support team who once again confirmed that the delivery would not occur before the 12th Shortly after I realized I needed a smaller version of the desk I contacted customer support to request a change and to confirm the delayed delivery Despite being assured again that the delivery would be held the process to update my order was frustratingly slow with responses taking hours or more I was told I would receive an update within 48 hours but even after checking back I was informed they had not heard from the warehouse team This back-and-forth stretched on for days To my shock on the 2nd of December I received a call from the delivery company saying they were outside my apartment with the desk ten days earlier than agreed When I explained the situation the delivery company stated they had no instructions from Omnidesk to delay the delivery Being out of state I could not accept the delivery leading to significant inconvenience When I reached out to Omnidesk yet again I was told this was due to a miscommunication Regarding the desk size change I was informed I would need to receive the larger desk first and then wait for a later date to exchange it for the smaller version This means I now have to coordinate two separate delivery days disrupting my schedule further all because the desk wasn t stored as promised This experience has been incredibly frustrating The lack of communication repeated assurances that were not followed through and the inconvenience caused by these errors have left me extremely dissatisfied I had expected a smoother process especially from a company with Omnidesk s reputation Unfortunately I cannot recommend them based on my experience

Quite Honestly the Worst Customer
Quite Honestly the Worst Customer Experience Ever When I turned up at the joint showroom with Aftershock PC in Melbourne and no one was there to take you around the products I should have taken that as a sign that this company is not reputable I ordered a desk and chair from the website I was told that delivery would occur within 4-14 days after my initial order email - that was 13 days ago They provided no tracking information and after requesting an update I was told they would be in touch later After a week I received a call from a random mobile number telling me that my desk would be delivered on a certain day later that week I told them that s not how this works and that you have to arrange around when I am free I gave them availability and she said she would inform the delivery team and they would contact me when it was out for delivery On the first of the projected dates of delivery I had not received any confirmatory communications from them so I had to call the customer service They apparently got in touch with customer service who told me it would be delivered between 4-5pm I had taken the whole afternoon of work to receive delivery of the desk At 1640 I received a text saying driver has noticed tabletop is incorrect and so delivery would not occur today and that we are looking to sort this out for tomorrow This number did not respond to my calls and again I called customer service to enquire as to how such a stupid error could actually have occurred The agent said he would find out and get back to me and then never bothered today Once again I had to call the customer service the following day and then I was told oh we are actually restructuring our delivery so it will not happen this week probably next week Again I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was told I would get a call back - I have not TLDR Avoid this company like the plague

Efficient Shopping and Logistic Model For A Quality Product
I am a believer in paying for quality as there is often a direct relationship here with price The OmniDesk Pro has by far boosted my productivity due to its ergonomics and patented design that enables working sitting down on a chair standing up or at multiple heights With programmable remote control and a variety of ecosystem products to accompany the omnidesk I am impressed overall with the product and the logistics I did not need to speak to customer service because the online process was end to end and seamless

Wildwood desks are beautiful
We opened our two Ascent Wildwood desks today after receiving them around two months ago We got the Dark Acacia wooden tops and they are beautiful Once assembled the desks are solid I m fairly tall 195cm 6 5 and at a standing height there is only a tiny bit of movement which would happen in almost any table which is so tall even with fixed legs The Ascent motors seem great too very easy to put together and they are fast when raising and lowering Their warranty team are amazing too one of our desktops was damaged during shipping and it was very easy to get a replacement even though we did not discover the damage until months after receiving the desktops I would highly recommend if you re interested in a standing desk
