I have experienced nothing but bad I have experienced nothing but bad things with Oodie I had the same shipping experience as the previous reviewer last year wrong address never delivered etc They said it was unusual and I decided to try them again Yesterday I placed an order for an Oodie it took me through to a page offering me a second Oodie which I did not check but I clicked the button that said something like place order thinking it was placing my order for a single Oodie I then received a receipt saying I had ordered the same Oodie twice and another Oodie that I didn t even want and they had taken the money I contacted them immediately and was told they could do nothing I am so upset as they have taken 150 dollars that I needed for stuff I don t want The Oodie are an unscrupulous company and I will never deal with them again There is no phone number to contact them either I don t believe they had shipped my order that fast and could not cancel it The staff comfort consultant is a joke are clearly used to dealing with this kind of issue as they are so blase and totally insincere Horrible horrible horrible When I see the name Oodie now I feel sick Please if you decide to order from The Oodie don t be scammed at checkout note the scam happens after you have given your card details Very devious

Still waiting to hear from them
I placed an order then asked for it to be changed before it was sent because it s a pre-order That was done but they have canceled the initial order and not refunded me charging me twice As other review customer service are hopeless and haven t gotten back to me

Ordered 17 items 6th November for Christmas presents and to this day received nothing I saved months for these presents I ve sent so many emails this company don t trust them and I ll make sure everyone know they are a bad company

What Happened to This Company
I have bought quite a few items from oodie over many years always great experience until I made my order on 11 November last year I didn t receive the items until 8 January and I even got sent the wrong item after all that wait time They say they take pride in their customer service but were more concerned about finding who to blame before they can provide me with my correct item and their wait time to hear back from anyone is around 10 days Whoever is running this company they are running it straight in to the ground Hire more staff so your warehouse workers aren t so over worked that they send the wrong items and get more people in customer service surely they can afford it Oodie should not be taking any more orders until they can fix their mess Or at least be more communicative and transparent with the delays
