My property was under offer within 48 hours of going live Zara was highly efficient and managed to issue the sales memorandum to both my solicitors and the buyers solicitors Her attention to detail was second to none communicating with both sets of solicitors to ensure the sale completed within the specified 8 week period I look forward to building my relationship with this agency and have happily instructed them on a second property if you want to get your property sold for the best price in a hassle free manner then use The OPA the beauty of there sale process is they don t charge you a single penny

I have had an extremely professional experience with The Online Property Agency Zara has been fantastic throughout her communication is second to none and she is very personable at the same time She has been highly efficient from the outset setting a very good but realistic market value for the property and left me pleasantly surprised by having sold subject to contract within 48 hours of my instruction Zara was always available throughout the sale process and helped liaise with all parties ensuring conclusion of the sale in a timely manner Zara and her team at OPA are highly recommended and I have handed over a second instruction which is being handled in the same manner Thank you so much and keep up the good work
