Trash company with trash product and trash return policy DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY They did not want to give a refund on the shoes I bought because I TRIED IT ON The shoes are beyond cheap and extremely uncomfortable I disputed this with my CC company on 9 5 24 The representative from Orthofit kept emailing me ridiculous refund store credit offers I rejected them all and told him that unless he was offering a full refund don t waste his time This morning 9 6 24 I have a email giving me full refund

This store is a total scam They are using the name Ortho to make your think they are OrthoFeet shoes but they are a very poor substitute for the real thing Also their return policy is non existent They will only refund you 5 of the purchase price These are made in China
