I wholeheartedly recommend TOL and brother Abu Tominaga The oils are very high quality and the man himself is so generous with his samples and with his time I ordered Cambodi Royal Purple Haze and some rose oil Abu Tominaga reached out to me personally to ask me more about what notes I like so that he could customize the samples to suit my tastes Cambodi Royal is excellent especially at this price point It is resinous sweet smoky just perfect Purple Haze is expertly blended Such a smooth scent And perfectly balanced Brother consulted with me about the rose oil as I am not so experienced with it and helped me to select the right one The samples he sent have also blown me away All in all I ordered only 4 5 grams of oil 2 5 of oud 1 of rose and 1 of an attar Along with that he sent me 2 5 grams of hojari oil PLUS generous samples of FOUR other oud oils And they are all divine Hutan Hijau is a perfect petrichory green jungle with notes of moss and pear Lao Shan is extra resinous with notes of dry leather and sweet incense Merauke Shinrin can only be described as purely uplifting He included an unreleased oud which blew my mind I can t wait for it to go on sale so I can order more The hojari which is not yet for sale is bright and citrusy though quite ephemeral Not only are these oils beautiful and generous but Abu Tominaga is so generous with his time He took the time to speak with me to make sure the samples would be to my liking And afterwards he has spoken with me about the oils his process and has reached out asking for feedback and my thoughts on each of the samples I know this house has a very very bright future and I can t wait for what comes next
