Pure fraud
Order placed on 05 Oct 2024 I got random shipment updates that look as fake as the automatic response message from the supposed to be customer service I doubt I will ever receive and try to cancel the online transaction with my bank

Don t use this company
I agree completely with the review entitled Pure fraud We had the same experience First a couple of months of updates on shipping from Australia apparently Then we were told that there was a problem with customs in London and the package was being returned to Australia And then when we asked for a refund we were told there was an issue with the logistics of our order which needed investigating We know we ll never see our order or receive a refund thankfully not much money was involved But we felt that others should be warned

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Exact same experience as the other reviewers here - product allegedly took two months to get from Australia to London via Singapore then stayed in London for two weeks then got rejected by customs and sent back this was a month ago Last they told me is Indeed as sellers we are helpless in this situation and the failure of customs clearance is also what we sellers do not want to see The logistics company is facing this problem and they have been negotiating with the customs They are refusing to refund me and I have no idea what to do next

Scam beware
Ordered a compressor from this company and never turned up Fake tracking info as after 2 attempts the item apparently was stuck in london and returned on the 2nd attempt after they assured me I d get item quickly i received a email at 7am stating the item has been delivered and signed for in person yet the time signed was 1145 Many hours in front I have tried to contact again but now they don t answer Total waste of money and 4 months of waiting avoid avoid

100 Fraud Company
The same as everyone else is reporting SCAM SCAM SCAM First a couple of months of updates on shipping from Australia apparently Then we were told that there was a problem with customs in UK and that I would have to pay for refund as such a great deal I have reported to my credit card company and will be reporting to the Australian embassy to investigate international fraud

Pure scam
Never sent what I ordered Kept trying to delay saying it was stuck in transit Eventually they just gave up trying to keep the lie going and I had to get my bank to retrieve the money
