The whole process of making a will a trust and lasting powers of attorney was a positive experience Spencer was extremely helpful guiding us through everything We asked many questions as its a complicated process if you have no idea about the legal system Spencer was very patient which was a plus Spencers communication was great arranging appointments around our busy lives and always being professional and polite with us The cost of a professional will is expensive however I believe for peace of mind and knowing that it is all legally finalised is worth the money The Planning Bee also gave us an option to spread the cost which was most helpful I would highly recommend this company and its services
