Rang with a big problem with my compressor Kieran a very helpful and knowledgeable guy answered the phone and immediately identified the problem advised me what I needed to send in for the warranty and less than 48 hours later I ve got the part required in my possession top class service many companies could learn from from these if only there was a Kieran at every customer service centre thanks for your very quick turnaround
